ENGINEERING ADMISSION IN: 2017-18

 

A GOVT. REGISTERED NGO / TRUST ACKNOWLEDGES GUIDE LINE FOR B.TECH. ADMISSION FOR HER OWN COLLEGE, ‘IDEAL INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING’, SITUATED AT OPPOSITE TO KALYANI SHILPANCHAL RAILWAY STATION, P.O. KALYANI, DIST. NADIA, WEST BENGAL, PIN – 741235, SUBJECT TO FULFILLMENT OF THE UNDER MENTIONED SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

ADMISSION WILL BE ORGANISED THROUGH WEST BENGAL GOVT. COUNSELING PROCESS.

1. CATEGORY – A : 100% Course Fees ‘Sponsorship Support’ offer and 100% Job offer

Total no of 60 (Sixty) Seats (SC / ST / OBC / GEN) Reserved for “100% Fees Sponsorship” along with Job offer / Placement Guarantee, i.e. Department wise (i) Civil Engineering – 12, (ii) Mechanical Engineering – 12, (iii) Electrical Engineering – 12, (iv) Electronics and Communication Engineering – 12, (v) Computer Science & Engineering – 12.

  • ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR CATEGORY – A: For the deserving Students who belong to above 75% Marks in their (10+2) Examination along with ‘WBJEE’ General Rank below 20,000 OR ‘JEE Main’ Rank below 50,000 is mandatory.
  • SPONSORSHIP AMOUNT ONLY FOR CATEGORY – A: Total Rs.3,98,000.00/- (i.e. Except University Fees & Hostel charges but including Placement readiness training charges).
  • MUTUAL COMMITMENT CONFIRMATION FOR CATEGORY – A: At the final Stage of Eight Semester or till the end of pass out year ‘Ideal Science & Research Welfare Hub’ Trust will also assure 100% Job offer / Placement Guarantee to these Sponsored Students. The Students, after receiving the Offer Letter / Appointment Letter as well as after joining the job, the entire Sponsorship support, i.e. only approved Course Fees amounting to Rs.3,98,000.00/- will be payable to the ‘Institute welfare Account’ in next Seven years @ Rs.4,738.00/- i.e. eighty-four equal Monthly Installment. It is to be noted that the Trust / Institute will provide only one Appointment Letter / Offer Letter (department-wise) through Campus Drive either on-campus or off-Campus for a Student who will be categorically eligible for Placement as per the Institution Mandate i.e. Specific Guide Line for Assured Placement / company requirements.
  • CAVEAT FOR CATEGORY – A: The Agreement will be valid for a Student who fulfills the below mentioned Terms and Conditions (Categorical guidelines), otherwise the NGO / Trust will withdraw that Sponsorship support along with Job offer / Placement Guarantee, moreover, the Trust / Institute will impose the Semester Fees with immediate effect and accordingly the student will be treated as an ‘ORDINARY STUDENT’ of the Institute.

2. CATEGORY – B : 100% Placement Assurance or Refund of Tuition Fee offer –

Total no of 240 (Two Hundred Forty) Seats (SC / ST / OBC / GEN) with 100% Job offer / Placement Guarantee, i.e. Department wise (i) Civil Engineering – 48, (ii) Mechanical Engineering -48, (iii) Electrical Engineering – 48, (iv) Electronics and Communication Engineering – 48, (v) Computer Science & Engineering – 48.

  • ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR CATEGORY – B: Admission will be purely based on the performance i.e., only appropriate Marks in their (10+2) Examination along with valid ‘WBJEE’ Rank OR ‘JEE Main’ Rank Mandatorily.
  • COURSE FEES ONLY FOR CATEGORY – B: Total Rs.3,98,000.00/- (i.e. Except University Fees & Hostel charges but including Placement readiness training Charges).
  • MUTUAL COMMITMENT FOR CATEGORY – B: At the final Stage of Eight Semester or till the end of pass out year, ‘Ideal Science & Research Welfare Hub’ Trust will also assure 100% Job offer / Placement Guarantee for the ‘CATEGORY – B’ Students. It is to be noted that the Trust / Institute will provide only one Appointment Letter / Offer Letter (department-wise) through Campus Drive either on-campus or off-Campus for a Student who will be categorically eligible for Placement as per the Institution Mandate i.e. Specific Guide Line for Assured Placement / company requirements. A student in this category, if remains unplaced after fulfilling all Categorical Guidelines and Disciplinary code of conduct / General Guidelines, the Trust assures 100% refund of Tuition Fees at the end of the course.
  • CAVEAT FOR CATEGORY – B: The Agreement will be valid for a Student if he / she fulfills the below mentioned Terms and Conditions (Categorical guidelines), otherwise the NGO / Trust will withdraw that Job offer / Placement Guarantee/Refund Offer and accordingly this type of Student will be treated as an ‘ORDINARY STUDENT’ of this Institute.

COMMON GUIDELINES FOR CATEGORY – A & B

GUIDELINE FOR ASSURED PLACEMENT FOR CATEGORY – A & B: The student should not breach any kind of ‘Disciplinary Code of Conduct  / General Guidelines’ of the Institution and have to obey the Rules and Regulations or Statutory Mandates of the Institution throughout the Course.  Moreover, the Students have to mandatorily maintain overall attendance of 80% in individual classes & labs and also have to attend near about 100% of the special lessons Internships / Trainings / Workshops arranged by the Institution time to time for the purpose of placement readiness and must also score at least 7.5 SGPA in at least Six out of Eight Semesters or at least Five out of Six Semesters (for final year appearing students).

 

BRAND AMBASSADOR REFERRAL SCHEME FOR CATEGORY – A & B: The Trust believes that, reality as well as originality is the main pillar of our human society and artificiality cannot accord any support for a man / woman or a successful organization. We wish to promote the Institute with the support of our own students and not with the support of any Print Media / Electronic The Trust will recognize their own Students as the ‘Brand Ambassador’ for the Institute, and every ‘Brand Ambassador’ will have the choice to refer one meritorious student against the allotted Sponsorship Seat during his / her entire Course period, which will be categorically eligible for the above stated ‘Sponsorship Guide Line’ for Admission in ‘Ideal Institute of Engineering’. It is to mention further that below standard students will not be considered for sponsorship under any circumstances. On fulfillment of this responsibility, the ‘Brand Ambassador’ will be rewarded suitably.
