ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR RESERVED SEAT ADMISSION:

For 100% Sponsorship throughout the (4 years = 8 Semester) Course duration for the deserving Students who belong to above 75% Marks in their (10+2) Examination along with ‘WBJEE’ General Rank below 20,000 or ‘JEE’ Main Rank below 50,000 Mandatory.

SPONSORSHIP AMOUNT :

Rs.3,78,000.00/- (i.e. Except University & others charges).

MUTUAL COMMITMENT CONFIRMATION :

At the final Stage of Eight Semester or till the end of pass out year ‘Ideal Science & Research Welfare Hub’ Trust will also assure 100% Placement Guarantee to those Sponsored Students. The Students, after receiving his / her Offer Letter / Appointment Letter as well as after joining of that particular Job the entire Sponsorship support i.e. Govt. approved Course Fees amounting to Rs.3,78,000.00/- will pay to the ‘Institute welfare Account’ in next Seven years @ Rs.4,500.00/- i.e. eighty-four equal Monthly Installment. It is further mentioned that, Department wise Institute will provide only one Appointment Letter / Offer Letter, through Campus Drive either on Campus or off Campus for a Student who will be categorically eligible for Placement as per the Institution Mandate.

GUIDE LINE FOR ASSURED PLACEMENT :

The Students should not be in breach of any kind of ‘Code of Conduct’ of the Institution and have to obey the Rules and Regulations or Statutory Mandates of the Institution throughout the Course. More over those Students have to mandatorily carry on the Attendance of 80% in each / individual Class & 100% in Lab and also have to mandatorily attend near about 100% of the special lessons, Internships and Trainings arranged by the Institution, time to time for the purpose of Placement readiness.

BRAND AMBASSADOR REFERRAL SCHEME :

The Trust believes that, Reality as well as Originality is the main pillar of our human Society and Artificiality cannot accord any support for a Man/Woman or a successful organisation. However,we wish to promote the Institute with the support of our own Students but not with the support of any Print Media or Electronics Media. The Trust will recognise our own Students as our ‘Brand Ambassador’, and our every ‘Brand Ambassador’ will have choice to refer only one Meritorious Student against the allotted Sponsorship Seat during his/her entire Course period, which will be categorically eligible for the above stated ‘Sponsorship Guide Line’ for Admission in ‘Ideal Institute of Engineering’. It is further mentioned that below standard Student will not be considered in any circumstance. On fulfillment of this responsibility ‘Brand Ambassador’ will be rewarded suitably.

CAVEAT :

The Agreement will be valid for a Student if he / she fulfills the above mentioned Terms and Conditions,
otherwise the Trust will withdraw that Sponsorship support and this type of Student will be treated as an ‘ORDINARY
STUDENT’ of this Institute and the Institute will impose the ‘Semester Fees’ at this stage.
